Rant 997 / D3 Simulator

A Diablo III simulator has been released online for free!

It's practically a D3 clone!

Happy ending coming soon :3

So I'm not cheap but frugal. There's a difference apparently. Cheap people only focus on the lowest prices possible; frugal people still go for cheap but the priority is on price vs value up to a certain point.

IMO my iPad is the latest example I can use to differentiate myself from cheap people. If I had wanted to save money, there are hundreds of off-brand tablets I could have chosen from.

In fact TBH I've been thinking about buying a tablet for months but that most reviews say that the displays of the current generation tablets then were poor due to the designers' focus on power efficiency to stretch the batteries' capacities.

Just before the new iPad was announced I was seriously considering the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1", also for its display. Somehow I just couldn't buy it after reviews said that its display was overcompensating for the relatively dim light by raising its contrast or something.

Then the iPad came out along with stellar reviews of its display. That, I believe, was the final straw.

It was a coincidence, really. Apple could have designed it some other way and made something else its main selling point, but it chose its Retina display. Meanwhile I was also looking for tablets with that factor in mind, and it came out as the perfect solution to my problem.

Along with my 12MP Nokia camera phone, I think, technologically speaking, I'm having one of the best combinations of gadgets I can possibly have for my line of work right now outside of getting a DSLR camera or something along those lines.

Value for money.

How could Greece do this to the world?
