Made avocado milkshake aka smoothie. One avocado per mug, really thick stuff. Held one mug and asked my bro if he wanted some. He said no, as usual. Asked his girlfriend next to him if she wanted some. Said no. Blasphemy! My bro dares to bring under our roof someone who voluntarily resists the temptation of the sacred avocado milkshake?!? What is this? Some kind of joke?
Also made another mug much much later with an avocado that wasn't ripe. Bad results. The flesh was hard, not creamy. It became pulpy instead of liquid, making the mixture something like instant cereal with really chewy bits. Will never do it again.
